dear garth,

i love you.
i'm glad we decided to go to the corner of 4th and Broadway in the freezing cold, 20 minutes before show time
and buy 3 tickets.
10 rows up from the floor; cheaper and better than the ones we bought over a month ago.
you rocked. i mean ROCKED.
i was in awe. i looked around so many times and thought "what is going on?, this is UNREAL"
your shows are 75% you and 25% the crowd
and you know that, and appreciate that.
everyone
sings every single word
to every single song.
16,000 people.
that's magic.

thanks for the 2.5 hour permasmile, thanks for the moments i got pretty darn choked up.

see you again wednesday...up to your right, in the nosebleeds.
i'll be ready to party. last night i couldn't. it was hard to grasp it all. it was too much.
wednesday, it's on.

xoxo,
laurel

PS: you're voice was going last night, seriously not sure how you're going to get through four more shows before the final one where we'll be.  please get it together. you're older and chubbier, but my friends need to see the magic too. k, thanks.
